  • 150 gms Chopped white chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups Chilled whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla essence
  • 1 large mango

    For the mousse:
  1. Melt the chopped white chocolate with 1/4 cup cream on a stove top at medium heat and while stirring continuously. Let it cool.
  2. Pour the remaining chilled whipping cream in a large bowl. Add the vanilla esence to this. Keep the electric beater and bowl in the freezer for a bit. Now, beat the cream till soft peaks form. Careful not to overmix.
  3. Add the whipped cream to the melted white chocolate and mix gently.
  4. For the mango puree:
  5. Peel and cube the mango and puree it in a blender. Chill before using.
  6. To assemble:
  7. Take about 2 tbsp. Mango puree in a shot glass.
  8. Top the puree with a generous dollop of prepared mousse slowly. Tap the glasses gently on a flat surface to remove air bubbles. I was in too much hurry and dint tap well πŸ˜€ Garnish with a drop of mango puree or chopped fresh mango cubes.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve chilled.

Be careful not to over whip the cream as it takes only few seconds for it to turn into butter!
