This Butterscotch Ice-Cream Cake is my dream cake. I am a hardcore chocolate person, biased for all chocolate cakes. But this not so chocolate cake turned out so creamy and delicious! It’s creamy, crunchy and gooey! So yummy! The Butterscotch Ice-Cream Cake is studded with some delicious goodies.
