Peanut Butter Muffins with Oat Streusel and Nutella Filling

Peanut Butter Muffins with Oat Streusel and Nutella Filling

I have been trying to motivate myself to make something without chocolate! I must tell you, it’s very difficult :D. Even these Peanut butter muffins with oat streusel that I baked yesterday needed some last minute nutella filling and chocolate chips sprinkled on top! My instagram feed is full of colorful fruity bakes for inspiration. I even bought plums and peaches to make something with them. But after few days of procrastination and not letting anyone eat them, we finally relished them the other day! I was actually relieved because now I wouldn’t have to feel guilty for not baking […]

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

I know you are wondering what’s a ”BARK” doing on a baking blog 😀 A Bark is basically a sheet of your favourite chocolate (white/dark/milk) covered with nuts, dried fruits, candies, peanut butter or some other chocolate swirled in. The name actually comes from the resemblance of the finished product to rough pieces of a tree bark. This is probably the simplest thing you can put together and it still doesn’t fail to impress!! It also makes for a lovely homemade gift for your loved ones. Another version is the Peppermint Bark- where the chocolate is topped with peppermint candies. […]

The decorated cake looks as if a lot of effort has been put in it 😉 The  cake recipe used for this chocolate and peanut butter swirl cake has condensed milk in it and is eggless too 🙂 This is also a single bowl recipe […]
