The Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake is a perfect dessert to whip up after a heavy dinner when you need just a small bite of chocolate goodness. I had tried several mug cakes before finding this recipe which was perfect for my liking. It’s moist, rich and chocolatey. All credits for the recipe go to Julie from Tablefortwo :).
I love to add a dollop of vanilla ice-cream on the Mug Cake when I want to indulge. But on usual days, I either dust it with cocoa powder or caster sugar. Depending on how I am feeling that day :D.
