Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge (No Bake)

Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge

When I was a kid, my mom used to make chocolate fudge for us all the time. She would mix condensed milk with Horlicks, Bournvita or Drinking Chocolate, whatever she had on hands. And then add lots of nuts! I would always get to lick the bowl and enjoy some even before it set in the refrigerator :D. She would then divide it equally amongst all three of us :). Our mom has always spoilt us with her brilliant cooking. She can stay in the kitchen for hours and keep cooking treats for us. I think I get my baking skills from her! This decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge is inspired from those carefree childhood days. The recipe is incredibly easy and doesn’t require you to turn on the oven. It takes few minutes to whip this Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge and then you just need to pop it in the fridge to set.

I love the combination of Chocolate and hazelnuts together. Roasted hazelnuts impart a very distinct and amazing flavor when combined with chocolate. The Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge is creamy, velvety and chocolatey to the core. And then there is the soft crunch from the roasted hazelnuts. I used Bailey’s for some added kick, but vanilla will work great as well. Nutella and condensed milk impart the melt in your mouth texture to this addictive Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge.
